JTPA/Service Delivery Area Salary Survey Report

This is the report of the 1994 Salary Survey of SDA Administrative Entities. One hundred and eight (108) administrative entities participated in this national survey of SDA salaries, funding, fringe benefits, payroll size, and personnel policies conducted in 1994 by the National Association for Workforce Development Professionals and the Center for Community Futures.

The report is conveniently organized by sections: national overview, salary charts of 28 key JTPA positions and 4 SYE positions, budgets and administrative policies, salary increases and recruitment, fringe benefit policies and leave, policy updates, and comparison to 1991 results.

We believe the results of this survey are highly representative of SDA administrative entities across the country. It is our hope that this report will promote equity among AE's and comparability with other human services agencies.
