CAA Individualized Salary Survey Reports
Reports by Teresa Wickstrom

Individualized Comparisons from the CAA Salary Survey Report 2008 data are available. The individualized reports compare your agency with peer agencies -- agencies that are just like yours in terms of budget size, public or private, number of FTE's, etc. This gives you agency-specific information to promote equity among community action agencies.

You can select the individualized comparisons that mean the most to your agency. For example, how does the size of the agency compare with Executive Director annual salary? If an agency offers flex-time, is it likely to offer job-sharing as well? Over 1,000 comparisons can be made.

Price:  $15 each.  To order, use the special order form below or call 909-790-0670 or e-mail Teresa Wickstrom.
